Lefteris is the Head of Training of ITCS Group, and he has been a technical trainer for several years, having trained and placed hundreds of consultants with organizations all over the APAC. He acquired his PhD in Computer Science at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and has published articles in major conferences and journals. He brings experience in software development lifecycle, methodologies, and testing, while cloud and AI are among his interests. His hard-working style and outgoing personality help him manage large teams effectively.
The training and coaching department of ITCS, the Olympian Academy, plays a crucial part in the company’s global ambition. This division inside ITCS, targets training individuals for their first IT role, helps them return to work, or encourages them to change professions. Mukta started her career in 1997 as an HR Management Trainee in Essar Group in India. She later worked as an HR Generalist in Tata TD Waterhouse Asset Management, Tata TD Waterhouse Securities Limited, and Ogilvy and Mather (advertising) in Mumbai. In 2006, she joined the Corporate & Investment Banking and Private Banking arms of Société Générale in Mumbai as Head of HR, before moving to Hong Kong in 2010 as Regional Head of People and Talent Development. In 2016, she moved to Singapore to lead HR for Southeast Asia while maintaining her regional role in Talent Development & Inclusion.

Donna Kirmani

Donna is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Manulife (International) Limited. She is accountable for driving the people agenda to support business goals, as well as enabling a great employee experience and cultivating a high performing culture. She leads talent and leadership development and provides thought leadership to ensure high organization effectiveness and efficiencies. She joined Manulife in 2016 to lead the executive recruitment for the Wealth and Asset Management Business in Asia. She was later promoted to the position of Human Resources Business Partner for Asia covering a number of regional functions from Distribution, Technology, Operations, Marketing, Advanced Analytics, Customer Experience to Human Resources.

Dr. Ferrick Chu is currently the Executive Director (Operations) of the Equal Opportunities Commission (EOC). He has joined the EOC since its establishment in 1996 and has assumed supervisory roles in different teams, including Disability Division, Complaint Services Division, and Policy, Research and Training Division.
Apart from his duties at the EOC, Dr. Chu contributes his expertise in equal opportunities issues in charities and government advisory bodies. He was appointed as the Honorary Consultant of The Hong Kong Epilepsy Association (2003-2013); Member of the Hong Kong Advisory Council on AIDS (2005-2011); Member of the Community Forum on AIDS (2011- present); Member of the Steering Committee on Mediation (2012-2015); Member of the Review Committee on Mental Health (2013-2017) and Member of the Advisory Committee on Mental Health (2021-present). He also serves on the Steering Committee of the C-for-Chinese@JC Project created and funded by The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust.
