Brett is responsible for the overall management of PMAL’s business operations in Hong Kong & Macau and leading the company’s transformation towards a smoke-free future. He has over 19 years of experience with various Philip Morris International affiliates across a spectrum of functions. Born in Australia, Brett started his career in sales at Philip Morris Australia before being transferred to the Global Operation Centre in Lausanne, Switzerland, where he managed regulatory affairs for the European Union. In 2010, Brett was appointed Director, Corporate Affairs for the UK & Ireland. Brett then relocated to the Philippines, where he served as Commercial Approach Director for Philip Morris Fortune Tobacco Corp, Inc., a lead role in the marketing and sales departments. Brett holds a degree in marketing & management in 1999. He currently resides in Hong Kong with his wife and two kids.

Adam initially qualified in London in 2004, then moved to Hong Kong in 2008 to join a leading local firm and qualified as a solicitor in Hong Kong shortly afterwards. He joined an international firm in 2012 and was promoted to co-head the Hong Kong employment law practice, acting regularly for major global corporations and financial institutions. In 2014, Adam returned to a leading local firm where he was able to offer a broader selection of services to both individuals and the business community.
Adam acts for both employers and employees in connection with a wide range of issues. These include employee transfers and team moves; corporate transaction support; large-scale and cross-border terminations; protection of trade secrets and confidential information; compensation and benefits; employment of contingent workers and independent contractors; data privacy; shareholder disputes; discrimination; and business immigration.

Jennifer helps clients with all matters across the employment spectrum, from background checks and privacy issues to hiring, contracts, policies, performance management, bonus issues, employee separations and post-termination restraints. She was previously a Member of the Board of Governors of AmCham, the largest international Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong. As a Governor, she meets regularly with business and government leaders and helps to set the agenda for AmCham activities and advocacy issues.

Garrett Weiner

An Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) practitioner, ICF accredited coach, dispute mediator and Fifth Discipline disciple, Garrett is driven by the vision of organizations as partners working together to address systemic challenges. He studied sustainability leadership with the Institute for Leadership and Sustainability (IFLAS @ Univ of Cumbria) and was a visiting professor at the University of Navarra for an ethics-oriented corporate law course.
In addition to his time working in the United States and Europe, he has 16 years of experience in Asia (Singapore, Hong Kong and Seoul) and a background in international law and finance. He is an adventurist and competitive ultra-distance trail runner, and father to an ambitious 3.5-year-old daughter.
