Phil leads the Financial and Compensation Services teams within Crown World Mobility.
He and his wife have recently moved to Hong Kong to join the majority of his 70 plus team. Phil works with Crown’s global clients to improve their understanding of the costs and impact of mobility related assignment benefits through cost estimates as well as administering expense claims, allowance settlement and third party payments across the world.
Before joining Crown in 2017 Phil has had 30 years of experience in expatriate tax and mobility, working for one of the Big Four. Over this time Phil has observed the changes in approaches to reward and mobility policy as assignment types and generational impacts take more and more prevalence.
With such a background in expatriate tax and working across the end-to-end cycle of mobility, Phil has a wealth of practical knowledge in response to an ever changing regulatory landscape, advocating a pragmatic approach to balance regulation and risk.
