Before moving to Asia, he had more than 10 years of commercial and supply chain experience working for Hallmark’s international business in the UK where he held a variety of roles, including account management, product development, project management and sourcing products from Asia and other international suppliers. Aisling Gormley Director of Human Resources and Brand, Catalyst Lifestyle Aisling Gormley is Director of Human Resources and Brand for Catalyst Lifestyle, a global leader in the innovation, design and manufacturing of lifestyle accessories, headquartered in Hong Kong. Aisling began her career in Behavioural Therapy in Liverpool before moving to China in 2004 where she joined the team at EF Education First, a world leader in international education. During her 13-year tenure at EF, Aisling held a variety of regional operational roles until 2013 when she became the first female Production Director for China. At the time Education First had over 6000 staff and 200 schools. Today, as Director of Human Resources, Aisling creates and manages the global corporate recruitment and retention strategy for Catalyst. Her focus on strategic growth through people is centered around building a dynamic team, widely diverse in age, gender and cultural backgrounds who bring a wealth of expertise and perspectives together creating the unique Culture of Catalyst. Both as part of her role, and a personal conviction, Aisling serves as a mentor to young women in all aspects of business. |

Susane Yan Regional Manager, Talent and Development, Schroders Susane Yan is an experienced learning and talent professional with more than 20 years of experience in L&D and financial services. She is the regional talent and development partner in Schroders and is responsible for developing and executing the L&D strategy across APAC including development needs for employees, management development at different levels, and talent development across career span. She also leads and executes various regional D&I initiatives including millennials at work, mental health awareness, gender equality, and LGBT Inclusion. Before joining Schroders, she was talent partner for Manulife and prior to that, she was regional learning leader for Wells Fargo Bank in Asia. She started her career in frontline sales with HSBC, and held various senior business and strategic roles for 8 years before making a career change into L&D |
