Anne-Marie Balfe is the People Leader for Ernst & Young’s Asia Pacific Financial Services division, and the Diversity and Inclusiveness Leader for Asia-Pacific. She joined in New York in 2005, and has worked in a variety of People-related roles with Ernst & Young in the US, Japan and Hong Kong.
Anne-Marie has 14 years of international human resources experience, having worked in London, New York, Tokyo and Hong Kong. She has lived in Hong Kong for 7 years with her husband Shaun and their two children Cillian and Sophie.
