Monika Michalak gained her education in archeology and psychology in Poland and Hungary before starting a profession as a gaming recruiter. To date her career has spanned Europe, the Middle East, China and Hong Kong, where she accrued expansive experience with a diverse number of enterprises. As a result of this international exposure, Monika has acquired an excellent understanding of people from a wide variety of cultures and is skilled in diverse HR management techniques. Her core expertise lies in start-up environments, and she is currently applying this knowledge as HR Director for a major gaming corporation.
