Dr Roland Smith has responsibilities include guiding CCL’s regional strategy and operations in APAC with three offices in Singapore, India and China. He is also a senior faculty member, a lead researcher on senior executives and talent sustainability, and an accomplished author with several books under his name.
Prior to his stint in CCL, Roland was president of a national consulting and a human capital consulting firm in United States. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and a Master’s Degree in Instructional/Performance Technology from Boise State University, as well as a PhD from the University of Idaho.
