Andy is a Senior Consultant with Aon Hewitt’s Talent & Organization Consulting practice based in Hong Kong. His areas of expertise include organization effectiveness , talent management and leadership, employee engagement and HR audits.
Andy also brings significant experience in managing specific functional projects within HR which include: data integrity assurance, talent pipeline and internal labor market skills taxonomy.
Andy has consulted with many large, multi-national organisations in Hong Kong including Toys “R” Us, Maxim’s, Estee Lauder, Sime Darby, Bank of China, Hospital Authority, RBS, etc
Prior to joining Hewitt, Andy has worked in Bank of America Merrill Lynch and UBS, providing service in areas of recruitment, data management and HR analysis.
Andy holds an MBA from the University of Strathclyde, Executive Diploma in Advanced Business Management from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia.
