Kanny has over 25 years of experience in human resources management gained in local and multinational companies of different industries such as Apparel & Fashion, Insurance and Hospitality. She, currently the Director of Human Resources, is working for the Jones Group, a US publicly-listed company and performing shared HR services for Hong Kong and the China offices for the business units of apparel, footwear, handbag & jeanswear. She is well versed in the full spectrum of human resources functions and has accumulated profound skills in strategic manpower planning, employee relations, organizational & talent development, risk management and event management. She is pivotal in steering the company towards a social responsible culture.
Kanny was initially educated in the hotel profession in Hong Kong, got the Bachelor Degree in Business Administration in US and a Master Degree in Training & Human Resource Development in Australia. She is a member of HKIHRM and an active speaker for the Institute. She is active in assisting Hong Kong Polytechnic University in coaching the freshman.
