Nishilla McKeogh, Manager, Graduate Recruitment, KPMG China // Board Director, Hong Kong Association of Graduate Recruiters
Nishilla is the Graduate Recruitment Manager at KPMG China and a Board Director of the Hong Kong Association of Graduate Recruiters. At KPMG she is responsible for managing Graduate and Internship Recruitment across all practice groups for Hong Kong. She is also responsible for the overseas Graduate Recruitment Marketing campaign for the China offices.
Nishilla has previously worked for Nomura managing Campus Recruitment for Global Markets across Asia ex-Japan and prior to that at Linklaters heading up Graduate Recruitment and Trainee Development for the Hong Kong office.
Before coming to Hong Kong in 2009 she worked in the UK doing Experienced Hire Assessment & Selection and Talent Development in the Banking Industry. She has an MSc in Occupational Psychology and is a registered member of the British Psychological Society. Prior to completing her Masters she has several years' experience in the Marketing and Recruitment industries in London.
