Peter is the Managing Director of GraduACE, established to bring together best practice in 'True Merit' selection with innovative but practical processes that overcome the unique challenges of graduate recruitment.
Peter has lived and worked in Greater China for 20 years. Throughout his career Peter has used his passion for people to help drive business performance—specifically understanding talent, and how to identify, recruit and develop it. It is in this area that Peter has assisted clients achieve the best hiring and development outcomes.
