Jeremy leads Aon Hewitt’s Hong Kong Human Capital and Retirement Business in Hong Kong and Taiwan. With over 14 years of experience as a strategy, organization and talent management consultant in North America and Asia, Jeremy has successfully designed and implemented numerous complex organization transformations for a broad range of public and private sector organizations.
Jeremy’s experiences include leading business and people-related strategic planning, organization transformation, and HR service delivery that deliver tangible business benefits to a broad range of private and public sector organizations.
Jeremy also started and managed a public sector consulting thought leadership group for a fortune 10 company. As the global lead, Jeremy designed and managed the research programs, published thought leadership reports and delivered presentations at global conferences.
Jeremy received a Masters in Management (MBA) and Masters of Arts in Political Science (MA) from Purdue University (USA), and a Bachelor or Arts in Psychology from Villanova University (USA).
