Elaine Hwang leads the Benefits line of business of Towers Watson Hong Kong Limited. She has over 20 years of consulting experience advising both local and multinational clients on all aspects of benefit programs and has been successfully managing the benefits consulting business as the market leader in Hong Kong.
She is the independent trustee for a number of the ORSO schemes, overseeing the management of these schemes.
Elaine received a Master of Science degree in Statistics from the University of Manitoba in Canada in 1989. She is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a Fellow of the Actuarial Society of Hong Kong.
