Angie has spent 8 years with BT in senior business partner roles and programme manager roles in the UK and now Head of Organisation Development, APAC. She is driven by her unrelenting desire to help people be the best they can be and to improve individual and overall business performance. Angie has played a key role in developing the Women’s Network within APAC and works with leaders to ensure that their people, processes, skills and organizational structures are all joined up to deliver business success. BT operates in over 170 countries worldwide and is rapidly growing in Asia. Part of Angies role is to make sure we have the right organisation design and talent strategy to support this growth. Growing up in New Zealand, Angie has spent the past 9 years living and working in France and London, arriving in Hong Kong a year ago.
