Simon is a graduate of the London School of Economics, having begun his career in 1992 with a specialist recruitment firm based in London. Simon spent 18 years with the organisation culminating in a number of senior director positions. Notably, Simon spent over 10 years with a leading RPO, originating and delivering large scale contracts with major clients. He played a leading role in developing the business from a team of 20 to a division of over 400. Simon worked across a variety of sectors including financial services, pharmaceutical, technology, telecommunications and public sector. More recently, he was a Director in the HR Transformation practice at Deloitte, originating, managing and delivering a range of HR Consultancy projects. Simon joined Resource Solutions in 2011 as the Managing Director for APAC, based in Singapore, he will provide crucial direction for the growth of the company throughout the region.
