Simpler input methods allows faster rollout of business processes and frees up more time for IT teams to help staff adapt to new systems and technology.
AuraPortal recently announced a new strategic partnership with AJC United to provide Business Process Management (BPM) software in the US. The partners will now provide business process improvement and information management solutions to government agencies and institutions as well as private sector organisations. The BPM solutions are aimed at helping organisations improve their efficiency and operational discipline.
One of the key innovations of the BPM software is its ability to allow ‘the automatic building of Process Execution Engines directly from the modelling diagram without the need for IT programming’. In English, this means that HR can have their IT team rapidly build and deploy business process improvement solutions without the need for custom coding exercises by programmers.
Tony Carrington, President, AJC United said, “The AuraPortal platform has a tremendous amount of depth, but at the same time it’s easy to use and can cover all aspects of a customer’s business, so we expect to be able to deliver a wide range of process automations faster than before.”
The upshot is, a faster turnaround time and a quicker rollout of new business processes. With less time spent on coding, IT staff should then have more time to focus on actually helping staff adapt to new systems in place and how to use any new technology installed. Teams closest to the processes are empowered to easily design, manage and control entire business processes without the need of custom coding—allowing a faster rollout and easy adjustment of automated processes on the fly.
