Former Country Head of HR & Regional HR Head of Change
Michelle Lacey has 18 years’ banking experience in various operational and HR roles, she has been in Hong Kong since 2009 undertaking a number of regional roles and most recently she was the former Country Head of HR Hong Kong and Regional Head of Change and Delivery APAC for the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS).
In Michelle’s most recent role she was responsible in leading a team of HR Project Managers to support the business in managing the divestment and wind-down of the RBS business across 10 jurisdictions by 90%. In her capacity as Hong Kong Country Head of HR she worked with a wide range of business stakeholders over two years to support the smooth reduction of headcount from 600 to 40.
Michelle is ideally placed to give a unique insight into her experience in leading HR during a large-scale divestment project.
