Senior Vice President of Human Resources
Antonio Ramirez was appointed the Head of HR for Venetian Macau Limited in May 2009, and has been in his current role as Senior Vice President of HR for Sands China Ltd. since January 2010. He has also served as a member of the company’s Executive Committee since 2009.
Ramirez established a business approach to HR at Venetian Macau Limited, helping to expand the role of the department as a proactive key player within the organisation. Guiding the company’s growth, he has led the workforce to expand from 15,000 to 28,000.
He is a member of the University of Macau’s Faculty of Business Administration Advisory Board and of the Macau Polytechnic Institute’s Program Advisory Board for the Bachelor of Social Science in Gaming and Recreation Management.
