Andrew is passionate about Global Succession Management and the accelerated development of High Potentials and High Professionals into pivotal leadership roles. Andrew has lived in Hong Kong for ten years, five of those in his current role with Korn Ferry, advising key decision-makers on what it takes to create a sustainable talent factory and the steps to build the talent infrastructures necessary to build a pipeline of leaders that are well prepared for any given future.
