Ivy Leung has built a career that is focused on human resources and quality management in a variety of industries. Her current role is to develop and implement workforce related strategies and action plans to grow and utilise the full potential of all employees.
Previous positions include Director of Intellectual Capital and Quality, Langham Place Hotel and Head of HR at a petrochemical company. Leung has led her team to win numerous Human Resources, Training and Quality awards.
She has been on the Board of Examiners of the Quality Award of Hong Kong and currently serves as one of the members of the Training and Development Awards Organizing Committee, Hong Kong Management Association.
