Parkinson has helped craft the direction of IECL since its early days, where in 2003 she joined a three person company with a mission to develop a centre of excellence for executive coaching for the APAC Region.
Throughout her career, Parkinson has been based in London, Sydney and Hong Kong and has travelled extensively throughout Asia delivering high level corporate events and communications programs for major international corporations. Through her daily conversations with HR Directors from some of the world’s most recognised companies, Parkinson thoroughly understands the multiple challenges that leaders face in managing multi-generational workforces.
