Lumesse talent symposium 2011: corporate website is first stop for young talents
New research conducted by HR Magazine to be released at the 2011 talent symposium organised by Lumesse reveals that most companies are at risk of losing young talent through not understanding discrepancies between the expectations of young job candidates and current recruitment practices.
This is the second year this online recruitment research is conducted in Hong Kong. Commissioned by Lumesse and conducted by HR Magazine, the research found that more than 60% of local large and international companies are not doing well enough with their career website, especially as young talents rate corporate websites as their top job-seeking channel. The Business Impact of New Talent Acquisition¾2011 Symposium and Award to be held on Friday, 20 May 2011 brings together top executives from leading companies who will also be sharing their invaluable insights on talent management.
At the event Lumesse will release findings from the latest recruitment research examining the best steps employers can take in a changing job-seeking environment. The Top 3 performing companies will also receive awards from Lumesse for their recruitment efforts.
The event will be held on Friday, 20 May 2011 from 9am to 1pm in the JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong, Pacific Place, 88 Queensway, Hong Kong.
