Nineteen named Best Companies to Work for in Singapore

19 companies were recognised as the Best Companies to Work for in Singapore at an ceremony held in July. AIA Singapore PTE Limited, Harley-Davidson Asia Pacific PTE Limited and Singapore Marriott Tang Plaza Hotel were amongst those to receive the honour.

As part of the combined results of the HR Asia Employee Input SurveyTM and HR Asia Workplace and Employee Engagement SurveyTM, an independent panel of industry experts, academics, journalists and government representatives judged the heart, soul and mind of candidates as well as evidence of workplace excellence and employee engagement.

William Ng, Group Publisher and Editor-in-Chief, Business Media International, who organised the event, stated, “Many of the winning companies have workplace practices that are the best in the world, with most employees enjoying job satisfaction and believing they are providing value to their companies and being appreciated for their contributions.”
