With close to 25 years of work experience, of which almost half have been as heading up the HR function, Debbie has been instrumental in setting the Human Capital (HC) vision and driving out talent management programmes across her previous and current companies. She has over 8 years leading HCM systems implementation and philosophy, and a strong background in Learning and Development. She is an experienced coach and facilitator, conducting interactive workshops on Performance Management, Recruitment and Selection and Time Management.
She is passionate about creating a "Rewards for Performance" culture to drive a positively motivated, fair and transparent, results oriented workplace, and has helped business managers succeed in turning their businesses around in her previous role, by training, coaching and working with them to align their teams, and develop performance matrices to incentivise incremental improvements in staff performance. Debbie is well versed with strategy maps and the Balanced Scorecard and in training others on their use as part of the overall HCM implementation philosophy.
