Allyson Skene is as Senior Solution Consultant at Workday and is responsible for working with prospects and clients to design solutions to address their specific business challenges as it pertains to strategic Human Capital Management.
Allyson has over 20 years’ experience in designing software solutions to solve business problems. With a background in Human Resources as a practioner, Allyson has focused in recent years on Human Resources systems assisting organisations in the development of Human Capital Management and Business Collaboration strategies and solutions.
In the capacity of Senior Solution Consultant Allyson is responsible with working closely with the Workday delivery teams and those of Workday partners such as Deloitte’s and Accenture to ensure the Workday Solution exceeds client’s expectations.
Allyson has extensive experience in business processes across corporate and government sectors, both within Australian and globally working with organisations such as the Australian Department of Defense, Hewlett Packard, Telstra, Brambles, Toll, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Intel and Nike.
Prior to joining Workday, Allyson worked for Saba, Microsoft Australia, PeopleSoft USA and Australia and Co-Cam.
