He brings over 15 years of human resources development and consultancy experiences and oversees the talent development, learning and development and employee engagement functions for the 2,600+ employees in the region. Calvin holds a master degree in psychology and had worked previously as consultant, as well as other training/OD roles in banking, FMCG, logistics, and sourcing industries. Calvin is a true believer in continuous education and a passionate learner, he is a CoachU graduate and NLP Master Practitioner certified in Hogan, MBTI, DiSC, Lominger’s, Situational Leadership II, and a few other psychometrics tools and 360 systems.
