Managing Consultant
Grace is a talent management consultant and one of the founding members of the APAC office of atrain, a Germany-based global consultancy. She is a HKPS Registered Organizational Psychologist. She has assessed, coached and trained directors and country heads in Fortune-500 companies, and has provided consulting services to clients in the UK, Europe and APAC. In addition to her work with clients, being an intrapreneur, she is also responsible for making strategic decisions for the consultancy. She is passionate about applying psychology to empower leaders, and to cultivate a productive and lively workplace where people flourish. She has also published research and articles in professional journals.
