Her expertise is in innovation management, innovation capability building and company cultural transformation programs. She has led high impact workshops for leaders from Fortune 500 companies across Europe and Asia to promote innovation and change at both the individual and organization levels. She also accumulated a broad range of experience in leadership while working for a multinational FMCG company for 8 years, as the Deputy Head of Public Affairs & Communications for Greater China. In addition, Elsie is a part-time university lecturer teaching innovation management and leadership coaching as well as a doctoral degree candidate in business administration with research interest in innovation networks.
