Ms. Iris Cheng’s current role in CLPPHK involves strategic reviews on the company’s human capital strategies and she spearheads projects on workforce planning, leadership development, succession planning and employee engagement. She is now driving a suite of initiatives to attract, develop and retain high performing engineering talents - a group of highly sought-after talent in the market.
Before Iris took up her current role as the head the organization development and internal communication function in 2010, she was the Talent Management Manager in MTR where she introduced various initiatives to widen and deepen MTR's talent pipeline for its Hong Kong, Mainland and overseas businesses. Iris started her career as a Management Trainee in MTR and her experiences ranged from HR account servicing to learning & development and organization development.
Iris graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor degree in Business Administration and a Master degree in Law and Public Administration. She also holds a Master Degree in Applied Psychology.
