Martin works with organisations from multiple sectors to select, implement, manage and optimise recruitment process outsourcing model, as well as creating and leading consulting, business development, marketing and thought leadership programmes and managing relationships with key clients.
Before joining Alexander Mann Solutions, Martin spent six years working at Director level for Euro RSCG Worldwide, one of the world’s largest global advertising groups, working with clients such as BP, Airbus, Morgan Stanley and British Airway. He began his career working for an entrepreneurial global human capital consulting, supporting clients across Europe, Africa and Asia Pacific. With deep expertise in both the global talent/human resources and marketing/communications industries, he is regularly invited to contribute to articles in leading publications, online media and broadcast channels, as well as speaking at conferences across the world. He has recently presented at a wide range of industry and internal corporate gender diversity networks on topics related to the female talent pipeline and building a personal brand on social media. Martin is a graduate of International Management and Modern Languages from the University of Bath in the UK, where he also spent 1 year in Paris, France on exchange.
