Mr. Hermann Lam is a senior HRMS product manager at FlexSystem with solid experience in HRMS consultation and large-scale project implementation. Hermann worked with mid-sized to large enterprise to help orchestrate and launch HRMS for different industries.
He has served as consultant on developing strategies and to help organization to manage their staff effectively by using technology. Recent projects include CITIC Pacific, Time Warner, Novotel Century Hotel, Agriculture Bank of China, World Wide Fund and All Nippon Airways, etc.
