The 1st International Barcelona HR Conference will take place on October 3rd at the Palau de la Música Catalana in Barcelona (Hall Petit Palau). Organised by Advantage Consultores along with Career Partners International and Aedipe Catalunya, the event is entitled ‘Global Trends in HR’ and will discuss the trends that are shaping HR management in Europe and Worldwide.
The Conference will answer questions such as: what skills are most valued by head-hunters, how to manage teams working without a permanent position, how to manage global diversity or how to manage the growth of teams in internationalisation.
The Conference has a dynamic design similar to the famous Ted Talks with inspiring speeches and clear messages to allow the exchange of experiences and facilitate networking between attendees. The event features speakers from companies like Google, Microsoft and Unilever as well as the University of Amsterdam, Salvador del Rey, Carglass or Vlerick Business School.
